The pro-bono representation scheme is administered by JSI in conjunction with the Bar Council of Ireland. Applications for representation will be determined on a case by case basis. If you are interested in availing of the scheme, please forward a letter to the Registrar of JSI outlining the reason why you feel legal representation is required.

It is hoped that this scheme will also be of benefit to young barristers keen to learn the process of arbitration and mediation in practice.
